Yes Chris, I am leaving on friday for a well earned mind rest, and boy do I need it.

He looks kind of pained here and slightly freaky. That frame was from Edinburgh, I found it in the castle, finally came in useful. Drawn in pencil/pen/fineliner scanned and messed with in Photoshop.

Now I am off for to walk for a week, bye.

Another one in a similar style to Jack, really enjoying doing these and combining lots of different media and art techniques. This one is one of my hero’s but I’m not sure it actually looks much like him, the eye’s aren’t quite right. Can anyone guess who it is ?

I found another interesting fact out yesterday that the human brain has a capacity of 3 terrabytes, much like a hardrive.
How they came to this figure and why its so exact i’m not sure. It does come in handy though as now if I run out of space on my hard drive I’m just going to starting backing it up on my brain.

This weeks topics was “Sorry”, pen sketch and digital scrap booking. Anyone recognise him ?

I found out the other day that the squirrel monkey is actually the most intelligent animal on the planet apart from humans. Well actually the monkey is more intelligent than some of those, it has the largest brain to body ratio of all the monkeys.

That may not be that surprising, but I had another question.

“What is the most intelligent vegetable on the planet ?”, its a question which most people don’t think about. I took some veg out of my garden and gave them all tests on mathematics, language and general knowledge of sci fi movies.

I can now categorically tell you the humble marrow is by far the most intelligent vegetable species. Who would have thought it !
