Old Sketchy Man
A quick lunchtime half hour sketch. Based on a photo of a Greek restaurant owner. I’ve been trying to sketch as often as possible and it definitely gets easier the more you do.
Why the man has a robot with a flyswatter in his pocket is anyones guess, I think I just like drawing robots.

I almost forgot, robots are the new swiss army knife. That one even comes with a tool for getting stones out of horses shoes.

Maybe the man’s regular, manual flyswatter “went for a burton,” so he enlisted the robot to do the job. (Love that term. I can tell from the context what it means, but it’s not in my “British-American” dictionary, so I have no idea where it came from. Any idea of the origin?)
