What a mad week, as most people know I quit my full time job about 2 months ago to have a career doing something I want to do. Not sure what that is yet though, just doing anything which will pay for the mortgage. This last week I’ve made enough from Clint Eastwood pop art commissions to pay my mortgage for a month.

Now how mad is that ? My present job title is “Clint Eastwood painter”. Which makes me laugh, at school, this is ace, we did this careers computer questionnaire. It was all sorts of questions like “are you good with figures”, “do you like digging” etc. Then all this info was fed into a computer and it was meant to say what your ideal job would be. You wouldn’t guess in a zillion years what it came out with. I filled the form in and it said my ideal job was “Wig Maker” ! What was even more disturbing was that out of a class of 30, 9 of us were destined to be “Wig Makers”.
